I'd like to invite you to this unique event, where you'll learn the most important and useful aspects of harmony on guitar.

Everything is done from a practical standpoint, so that you can apply what you learn to the pieces you're playing or those you want to learn in future.

What are your typical harmony courses for classical guitar like?

• Irrelevant: Jazz theory and harmony
• Boring: Heavily theory based with few practical exercises and examples
• Inapplicable: Don't make connections between harmony and emotions
The master guitarists and musicians of old devoted lots of time to practicing the building blocks of music.

Why don't we follow their example?

Because those traditions have now been lost. It's easy to go onto YouTube or Google and find the latest video or blog post on how to improve your technique. But is that information worth trusting over the old masters like Sor, Giuliani, Aguado, Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, etc.?!

Guitarists are now illiterate in comparison to those of past centuries, and even the best performers of today rarely compose or improvise.

Practicing harmony is the best way to learn about it:

Opinion #1: Amateur adult player
"The playing of triads has already helped me with some concepts I have been deleting from my brain for years. Reading music theory is deadly to me and never sticks, but somehow playing and saying these triads just put everything into perspective."
--- Karen, Canada

Opinion #2: Highly trained professional composer/musician
“A thorough knowledge of the Theory of Harmony, which may also be gained practically by means of the finger-exercises, assists us much in playing at sight; on the contrary, he who has only a mere superficial knowledge of it, and that only in his brains, will only be led the more astray”
--- Carl Czerny (student of Beethoven)

What you get:

• 7 hours of practical training

• 8 printed booklets with over 90 pages

• A copy of Fundamental Harmony

• Recorded footage

• Catered Lunch and Coffee + Dessert

Is this workshop right for me?

The information and exercises give you tools that enhance your learning, understanding and interpretation of virtually anything you play on classical guitar.

That can include simple Carcassi studies right up to Barrios, Bach, etc.

It's recommended that you have at least a bit of experience with harmony, but the course is so practically geared that you'll get heaps out of it even without any prior knowledge of harmony.

The workshop will be limited in size, meaning that you'll get personalized feedback and guidance.

The ability to read notation is a must.
Is there anything else like this out there?

Do a Google search and guess what.... you won't find any comprehensive course on harmony for classical guitar! I think that's bonkers! (If you do know of one then please tell me).

The only way to get a similar training is through university. But I've been through that and the training you get on harmony is irrelevant, boring and unpractical.

It costs thousands of dollars and months of time to go through that kind of training, but with this workshop you can do it in one day and at a fraction of the price!
