How to use the book:
In a nutshell: I'd suggest taking some time to simply practice the triads and then trying to identify any triads/chords that you find in pieces. Becoming fluent with triads and their inversions is a really helpful step for opening up the realm of harmony. I suggest the following:
1) Play the triads and say the individual note names
2) Play the triads and say the chord name and inversion (for example, C Major in root position, etc.)
If you don't find these resources helpful, then I'm more than happy to provide extra resources for you that can help you with any specific question you have.
