Summary:
• Any language used to promote your products/services is copy

• There are some general guidelines for what constitutes effective copy
- the language centers around the potential client/purchaser
​- the language is conversational and easily relatable to the potential client/purchaser
- your copy clearly and powerfully outlines the benefits your product/service has
 
• Effective copy is influential at every level of communication between you and your audience
- any video/audio content 
- any written content 

• Each point is a variable that can be tweaked, tested and optimized
